§ 71.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Evidence. The operation or use of a motor vehicle in violation of this chapter shall be prima facie evidence that the motor vehicle was, at the time of the violation, controlled, operated and used by the owner thereof.
   (B)   Misdemeanor. Any person who shall do or commit any act that is forbidden by the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
