The regulatory provisions of M.S. Ch. 168, 169 and 171, as they may be amended from time to time, including amendments enacted by the state legislature at its regular and special sessions, as regulatory ordinances relative to the use of highways, streets and alleys and of motor vehicles and drivers and all other vehicles within the city, are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this code as completely as if set out herein in full. A copy of the provisions is on file in the office of the City Administrator for public use and inspection.
