§ 53.011 PENALTIES AND REMEDIES FOR DELINQUENCY OR DEFAULT IN PAYING BILLS.
   Penalties and remedies for late payments or non-payment of billings shall be the same as those applicable to billings rendered for water and sanitary sewer service.
