Any person, firm or corporation having a roof, surface, ground, sump pump, footing or air conditioning unit or system now connected and/or discharging into the sanitary sewer system shall disconnect and/or remove same by 11-01-2004. Any disconnects or openings in the sanitary sewer shall require a plumbing permit and must be closed or repaired in an effective manner as approved by the city’s authority having jurisdiction.
