§ 52.012 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS.
   Each property owner shall be responsible for maintaining an unobstructed sewer line from the building located on the premises to the sewer main, and each property owner shall be responsible for all repairs to that portion of the sewer line between the building and the sewer main.
