(A) Permit required. Before any person shall connect to the municipal sanitary sewer system, the person must obtain a permit pursuant to division (B) below or be subject to the penalties authorized in § 52.999 of this chapter.
(B) Application for permit. Persons connecting to the municipal sanitary sewer system shall apply to the City Administrator for a permit. The application shall be made on blanks furnished by the City Administrator and shall be accompanied by plans, specifications and any other information required by the authority having jurisdiction, together with a permit fee per the city’s approved fee schedule.
(C) Issuance. Permits for the connections will be issued only to a person duly licensed to make the connections under the provisions of this chapter.
