§ 51.056 METER READING METHOD.
   The municipality may provide a system of water meter reading by post card, meter reader or any other method deemed suitable. The municipality may also establish billing areas or districts and provide for the reading of meters and billing of charges by calendar quarters, monthly quarters of the periodic intervals as the Council shall determine suitable and necessary.
