§ 51.025 APPLICATION FOR SERVICE.
   Any applicant, owner, occupant or user who shall apply for a connection to the municipal water system, which connection shall be open at all times for the purpose of fire protection, shall apply, in writing, to the municipality giving detailed information as to the size of the main required and location served by the connection.
