The Council may impose emergency regulations pertaining to the conservation of water by resolution of the Council and by giving notice by publication or by posting in the City Hall and at such public places as the Council may direct. A water sprinkling ban may be implemented by the Director of Public Works/Parks and Recreation after notification of the City Administrator and the Mayor. The lawn sprinkling ban may be implemented for the months of May, June, July, August and September by specifying dates and times.
