§ 51.007 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The municipality, represented by an authorized employee or agent, shall have the right to enter and be admitted to any lands and property in the municipality for the purpose of inspection of materials, plumbing work and fixtures of all kinds by or in connection with the water and sewer system.
