§ 120.002 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful for any person to sell food or beverages out of a mobile food vehicle in the city or operate as a mobile food vendor in the city without a license from the city issued under this chapter. Any person operating pursuant to a duly issued license required in this chapter does not need a separate city license under Ch. 113 of the city code.
