§ 50.012 WHEN CONNECTION TO TOWN SYSTEM REQUIRED.

Any person constructing a new house or other building for occupancy, employment, recreation, industrial or commercial activity within the town shall connect to the sewerage system in accord with applicable ordinances and regulations and shall not discharge sewage elsewhere than into the sewerage system.
