§ 92.06 TRESPASSING UPON OR DAMAGING PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for an owner of a dog or cat to allow or permit that dog or cat to pass upon the premises of another thereby causing damage to, or interference with, the premises.
