The Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to make corrections as to the form, but not the substance, of this Charter, including the correction of syntactical and grammatical errors, so as to make the language of the Charter conform to its intent.

We, the undersigned, the members of the Town of Morrison Charter Commission, duly elected by the citizens of Morrison at an election held on April 4, 2000, to frame a proposed Home Rule Charter for the Town, do hereby certify that the foregoing is the proposed Charter as finally approved and adopted by the members of the Commission on the 26th day of July, 2000, for submission to the Board of Trustees, and to the registered electors of the Town.
