SECTION 15.3. PRIOR TOWN LEGISLATION
All ordinances and resolutions of the Town which are not inconsistent with this Charter and which are in force and effect at the effective date of this Charter shall continue in full force and effect until repealed or amended. Any provision of any ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation which is inconsistent with this Charter is hereby repealed.
