SECTION 14.6. SEVERABILITY OF CHARTER PROVISIONS
If any provision, section or article of this Charter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall be found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any remaining portion or section of the Charter which can be given effect without the invalid portion or section, provided that such remaining portions or applications are not determined by the court to be invalid or inoperable and to this end the provisions, sections and articles of the Charter are declared to be severable.
