The Board may lease for such time as the Board shall determine, any real or personal property to or from any person, firm, association or corporation, public and private, governmental or otherwise. Any lease of, or by, the Town of property for a period of more than one (1) year shall be by ordinance. Any lease of, or by, the Town of property for one (1) year or less than one (1) year shall be by resolution or ordinance.
