SECTION 12.1. EXISTING BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
Each board and commission existing at the time this Charter is adopted shall continue, except as otherwise provided by ordinance. The Board of Trustees may, by ordinance, establish, consolidate or abolish any board or commission.
