SECTION 9.3. MUNICIPAL TAXATION
The Board of Trustees may adopt, by ordinance, such taxes as are not prohibited for home rule municipalities by the State Constitution, subject to any applicable limitations in said Constitution, including any applicable voter approval requirements.
