SECTION 7.3. POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE TOWN MANAGER
Unless modified by ordinance, the Town Manager shall, under the general supervision of the Mayor and the Board, be responsible for the proper administration of all affairs of the Town placed in the Manager's charge, and to that end shall have the following powers, duties and responsibilities:
   (a)   The Town Manager shall be responsible for the enforcement of the laws, contracts and ordinances of the Town and the implementation of official policies and directives of the Board.
   (b)   The Town Manager shall exercise supervision and control over all Town departments.
   (c)   The Town Manager shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by this Charter, by ordinance, by other applicable laws, or as may be required by the Board which are not inconsistent with this Charter.
