(a)   No member of the Board shall dictate the appointment of any person to Town employment, nor the removal of any person from Town employment, except as may be provided by this Charter, nor in any other way interfere with such employment. (9-26-2000)
   (b)   Except for purposes of inquiry, each elected official shall deal with Town employees solely through the Town Manager and no member of the Board shall give orders to any Town employee. The Board of Trustees may modify this principle by formally adopted motion, resolution or ordinance.
   (c)   No individual Board member shall issue a directive or order to the Town Manager. Such directives or orders shall be given as a whole by the Board.
