SECTION 3.2. SPECIAL MEETINGS
Special meetings shall be called by the Town Clerk upon the request of the Mayor, of any two members of the Board, or the Town Manager, on at least forty-eight (48) hours written notice personally delivered to, or delivered to the residence of, each member of the Board and posted in one (1) place accessible to the public within the Town and on the Town's website. A special meeting, however, may be held on shorter notice, but only after a reasonable attempt to provide actual notice to each Board member, if a quorum of the Board approves. No business shall be transacted at any special meeting of the Board unless it has been stated in the posted notice of such meeting.
