The Board shall meet regularly at least twice each month on a day and hour to be fixed by resolution. The agenda of each regular meeting shall be posted in one (1) place accessible to the public within the Town and on the Town's website at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of such meetings. The Board shall determine the rules and procedures governing meetings. The first regular meeting following each general Municipal election shall be the organizational meeting of the Board.
