A. The land dedicated for public purposes shall be conveyed to the Town by warranty deed. Upon request by the school district, park and recreation district, fire district, or other eligible public agency, for conveyance of land to the eligible agency, and upon a finding by the Town Board that the land will be used for the purposes intended at the time of dedication, the Town will convey title of the land or portion thereof to the eligible agency.
B. When the Payment in Lieu option is selected, the funds shall be paid to the Town of Morrison at time of final plat approval. Upon request by the school district, park and recreation district, fire district or other eligible public agency for conveyance of funds , and upon a finding by the Town Board that the funds will be used for the purposes intended at the time of dedication, the Town will convey the funds or portion thereof to the eligible agency.
