The Land Development Review Committee may waive certain submittal requirements for an application for Subdivision. The procedure for waiver requests is as specified in the Administrative Procedures Manual. A waiver request can be presented prior to the submittal of the preliminary plat or final plat application or as part of the plat submittal.
A. Waivers of submittal requirements may be granted by the LDRC upon finding that the particular requirements are not necessary for consideration of the subdivision approval request.
B. The Planning Commission upon finding that the waiver request does not meet the criteria in Section 1.A. above, may rescind the LDRC waiver approval in which case the applicant must comply with the particular submittal requirement(s). (Ord. 498, 12-1-2020)
