10-2-1-6: SEVERABILITY:

If an article, section, sub-section, sentence, clause or phrase of these Subdivision Regulations is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of these Regulations as a whole or any part or provision thereof, other than the part so adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional. (Ord. 498, 12-1-2020)
