The purposes of these Subdivision Regulations are to:
A. To promote the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the Town of Morrison.
B. To insure that subdivisions are designed and developed in an orderly and efficient manner.
C. To establish adequate and accurate records of land subdivision.
D. To provide adequate, safe and efficient public utilities and improvements, and to provide for other community facilities and land for public places and uses. (Ord. 498, 12-1-2020)
