This chapter shall take effect and become enforceable only upon the approval by the registered electors of the Town at the April 5, 2022 regular Town election of a ballot question approving this ordinance as a referred ordinance under section 5.3 of the Home Rule Charter In the event such ballot question is not approved by the registered electors, this article shall not take effect and shall be deemed repealed.
