3-7-19: TAXES:

Each licensee shall collect and remit all applicable sales taxes on all retail marijuana, paraphernalia, and other tangible personal property sold by the licensee at the retail marijuana establishment according to the provisions of this code and any regulations issued pursuant thereto.
