Each licensee shall operate its licensed premises in a manner that prevents the escape of odor from marijuana and marijuana products beyond the property line of the licensed premises.
In addition to constituting cause to suspend or revoke a license pursuant to Section 3-7-16 hereof, odor from marijuana and marijuana products emanating from a licensed premises in violation of this Section of such a nature and duration that substantially annoys, injures or endangers the comfort, health, repose or safety of the public constitutes a public nuisance and may be abated by the Town in accordance with Chapter 1 of Title 5 of this Code.
