A. Each license issued pursuant to this article shall expire on the first day of the month one year from the month of issuance, and may be renewed as provided in this section.
B. An application for the renewal of an existing license shall be made to the local licensing authority as required by the Colorado Marijuana Code. (Ord. 510, 12-15-2021; amd. Ord. 526, 12-20-2022)
