Except as otherwise provided herein, the local licensing authority shall be governed by the Colorado Marijuana Code now in effect or subsequently amended. In the event of a conflict between the provisions in this article and those in the Colorado Marijuana Code, the more stringent provision shall apply. (Ord. 510, 12-15-2021)
