A. The local licensing authority may issue only the following type of retail marijuana establishment licenses:
1. Retail marijuana store license.
B. The single retail marijuana store license permitted by this Chapter may be issued only to a retail marijuana store operator which possesses a lease from the Town of Town-owned property in the MU-CO zone district and which has also entered into a retail sales tax incentive agreement with the Town for sharing of retail sales taxes to be generated from the licensed location, for the purpose of making site improvements to that property in an expedited manner, subject to all of the conditions of such lease and tax sharing agreement.
