A. Anywhere in this chapter where the words “Health Officer” are used, it shall be construed to mean the Director of the Okmulgee County Health Department or his duly designated representative.
B. It is the intent and purpose of the Mayor and City Council to delegate the enforcement of the health ordinances of the City as set out in this chapter and any such decisions rendered under this chapter shall be subject to review by the Governing Board upon an appeal from an offender.
