A. Auctions On Streets And Sidewalks: It is unlawful for any person to hold any public or private auction for sale of property on any of the streets or sidewalks of the City; provided, that this subsection shall not apply to the sale of property under any execution or order of any court of the State or of the United States of America.

B. Sale From Vehicles: It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell or offer for sale from any truck, wagon or other vehicle, fruit, vegetable or other merchandise in or upon the streets or alleys within the City.
