A. To provide funds for the “Emergency Medical Service, a Trust (Okmulgee County, Oklahoma)”, there is hereby established an emergency medical services charge whereby each family unit in the City shall be levied and assessed a monthly charge each month of five dollars ($5.00) and for each additional family unit over one located on the same premises there shall be an additional charge of five dollars ($5.00)
B. The term “family living unit” shall include, but is not limited to, single-family residences, single- family living units in duplexes, apartments and other multi-family dwellings, but shall not include hotels, motels, or rooming houses. Hotels, motels or rooming houses shall be charged five dollars ($5.00) per month for each rooming unit within the hotel, motel or rooming house. Combinations of any of the above shall be charged on a combination basis of the types of unit or units so combined.
