3-3-3: PAYMENT OF TAX:
   A.   Gas: The tax levied under this chapter on gas receipts shall be levied for a term of not less than one year and shall be payable monthly and placed in the General Revenue Fund of the City.

   B.   Electricity: The tax levied under this chapter on electricity receipts shall be levied for a term of not less than one year and shall be payable monthly and placed in the General Revenue Fund of the City.
