3-1-1: DEPOSITORIES DESIGNATED: FUNDS DEPOSITED:
   A.   Banks and all savings and loan associations in the City which are incorporated under Federal or State law may be designated as depositories by the City Council for the funds of the City.
   B.   The City Treasurer shall deposit daily all public funds received by him in such banks or savings and loan associations.
