A. Every person operating a mobile home court, mobile home park, or any such parcel of land which has been planned and improved for the placement of two (2) or more mobile homes shall secure from the Health Officer a mobile home court permit. Such permit shall specify that the mobile home court is in conformance with all provisions of this chapter and any rules and regulations adopted pursuant hereto.
B. No permit for a mobile home court shall be issued unless the court is to be located on at least five (5) acres of land.
