As used in this chapter, as well as article A hereof, unless the context requires a different meaning, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
CHIEF OF POLICE: The peace officer in charge of the police force of the City.
CLERK: The Clerk of the City, including any deputy or member of the office staff of the Clerk while performing duties of the Clerk’s Office.
COURT: The Municipal Court of the City of Morris.
GOVERNING BODY: The City Council of the City of Morris.
JUDGE: The Judge of the Municipal Court, including any Acting Judge or Alternate Judge thereof as provided for by the Statutes of this State and this chapter.
THIS JUDICIAL DISTRICT: The District Court judicial district of the State of Oklahoma wherein the government of this City is situated.
