A. It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business, trade or vocation of electrical contractor, journeyman electrician or apprentice electrician without registering and securing a certificate from the Electrical Inspector and a license from the State of Oklahoma.
B. Before such certificate is issued, the fee, as follows, shall be paid to the City Clerk:
1. Electrical contractor's license, fifty dollars ($50.00), and renewal fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00);
2. Journeyman electrician, twenty five dollars ($25.00), and renewal fee of twelve dollars fifty cents ($12.50); and
3. Apprentice electrician, no charge.
