A. No person shall practice or engage in the business, trade or occupation of a journeyman plumber, a plumbing contractor or a plumber's apprentice unless he is registered as such with the Plumbing Inspector of the City.
B. The registration fees to be paid to the City Clerk are as follows:
1. For annual registration as a journeyman plumber, twenty five dollars ($25.00), and to renew, twelve dollars fifty cents ($12.50);
2. For annual registration as a plumbing contractor, fifty dollars ($50.00), and to renew, twenty five dollars ($25.00); and
3. For annual registration as a plumber’s apprentice, no charge.
