A certain document, at least three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as “2015 International Plumbing Code”, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Code, with additions, insertions and changes prescribed in section 10-2-2 of this chapter.
