A. Any person applying for an inspection for electrical service, gas pressure test inspections, sewer tap inspections or water tap inspections shall pay an administrative permit fee as set by motion or resolution of the City Council.
B. In addition, any State fees which the City is required to collect shall be paid by the applicant at the time of the application. As of the effective date hereof, the State fee is four dollars ($4.00), but the fee actually collected shall be the fee as it may be changed from time to time by the State of Oklahoma.
C. It is unlawful for any person to improve gas service, or to tap a public water line, or to tap a public sewer line without calling for and receiving a successful inspection of such work by the City. Provided, that for purpose of the tap and inspection only, any connection to a private service water line or private sewer line which line is itself connected directly or through a meter to a public line shall be considered a tap on a public line.
