10-1-4: FIRE LIMITS; WOOD SHINGLES:
   A.   Fire Limits: The fire limits of the City are as established in section 10-5-3 of this title.

   B.   Wood Shingles Permitted Outside Fire Limits: Notwithstanding provisions of the Building Code, wood shingles may be used outside of the fire limits for roofing on dwellings and on buildings accessory to dwellings, such as private garages and barns.
