A. Fees Imposed:
1. Residential: There shall be charged and collected from each residential a monthly fee of ten dollars fifty six cents ($10.56) for trash and refuse collection within the City limits.
2. Commercial: For commercial trash collection, there shall be charged and collected from each commercial entity a monthly fee of:
a. For 2 cubic yard containers | $15.00 for 1 per week, $24.00 for collection twice per week, or $40.00 for 3 collections per week |
b. For 3 cubic yard containers | $21.00 for 1 per week, $36.00 for collection twice per week, or $60.00 for 3 collections per week |
c. For 4 cubic yard containers | $27.00 for 1 per week, $48.00 for collection twice per week, or $84.50 for 3 collections per week |

B. Charges Included On Water Bill: All bills for sanitary sewer charges and for trash and refuse charges shall be included on water bills, carrying the same due dates, grace periods and penalties as water bills. In the event a partial payment is made for less than the total bill, the payment will be applied first to sanitary sewer, then to trash and refuse if money remains, then to water if money remains.
