A. All users of the municipality owned wastewater collections and treatment system shall be charged a minimum of $24.13 and an additional $3.74 per thousand gallons for each thousand gallons after the first thousand.
B. In the case of users not on a metered basis, the utility superintendent shall establish an estimated water consumption based on a comparison of the non-metered user with a metered user of a similar class or use intensity.
