A. Equipment: It is unlawful and an offense for any person to destroy or injure any water pipe, hydrant, faucet, electric light, wire, pole, transformer, or other electrical, sewer or water equipment erected or placed by or belonging to the City.

B. Meters: The tampering with water meters or meter boxes of the City, or the placing of any bypass connection on or around the meters, or the use of any other device tending to interfere with the proper registration of same is unlawful.
