A. Application For Connection: Every person, firm or corporation desiring to have his premises connected with any of the City utilities, water, sewer, or trash collection, shall make application to the City Clerk, shall sign a contract therefor upon a printed form to be furnished for that purpose, and shall pay to the Clerk the regular fees and deposits for installation of the service.

B. Separate Services: Every separate premises supplied must have its own separate service connection with the mains or lines, and the premises so supplied shall not be allowed to supply water or sewer to any other premises, except those approved by the Superintendent of City Services, in writing.
