7-7-10: VEHICLE PARKED OVERTIME:
Any unattended vehicle which has been parked for more than one hour in excess of the time allowed for parking in any place shall be impounded, and any vehicle parked in violation of subsections 7-3-4A and B of this title, regarding more than twenty four (24) hours, shall be impounded.
